  • Return and Refund Policy

    If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened packaged  items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

    Eligibility for Returns

    • Unopened Packages/Products: We accept returns of unopened packages within 7 days of purchase. The item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
    • Opened Packages/Products: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened packages/products.

    Defective or Damaged Items

    If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with picture proof for a replacement or refund. This applies to both opened and unopened products.

    Return Process

    • You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item.
    • Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If your refund is approved, we will process it to your original payment method within 12 business days.

    Important Note

    We are not responsible for the handling of the products once under the care of the third-party shipment provider.
